Delivery Time & Process

  • Next day delivery for orders before 6pm.

  • For orders after 6pm, items will be delivered on the day after tomorrow.

  • After the order payment has been made, you will receive an invoice via email/whatsapp, and await for the fresh seafood to be delivered to your door!

  • Once the seafood is collected, do refrigerate/cook it within 30-40 mins upon delivery to keep its Optimal Freshness!

Storing & Cleaning Tips

  • Store refrigerated in the freezer compartment and consume within 24-48 hours for optimal freshness. When defrosting, place in the fridge compartment about 4-5 hours beforehand for peak freshness. 

  • For prawns, you may remove the intestine at the back of the prawn using a toothpick to pull it out or use a knife to slice open the back and remove the intestine. This is so as to remove any grainy/sandy texture of the prawn.
